Last year at this time I was very sedentary, walking 3,000 - 4,000 steps on an average day and never hitting 6,000. In late October I decided things had to change and started walking more. I started snowshoeing in the winter and managed to keep up walking in the spring and summer. It’s been slow and it’s been fits and starts, but I’m feeling way better today than last year.
